Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 30 5G has a general score of 87.4, which is much better than the Xiaomi Mi Max's 77.5 global score. Huawei Mate 30 5G is a noticeably newer and just a bit lighter cellphone than Xiaomi Mi Max, although it's also a little bit thicker. The Huawei Mate 30 5G has just a little better performance than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei Mate 30 5G also has more RAM.
Huawei Mate 30 5G has a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Mi Max, because it has a quite larger screen, a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a just a little higher pixel density. The Huawei Mate 30 5G counts with a much better camera than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Huawei Mate 30 5G also has a bigger diafragm aperture to take better images and video in low light situations, a way better resolution camera and better 60 frames per second video frame rate.
Xiaomi Mi Max features a much better storage to install applications and games than Huawei Mate 30 5G, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Xiaomi Mi Max also has a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB. The Xiaomi Mi Max features just a little bit longer battery life than Huawei Mate 30 5G, because it has 4850mAh of battery capacity.
