Comparison review
The Huawei P40 is better than Xiaomi Mi Max, getting an 86.4 score against 77.5. Huawei P40's design is way newer and somewhat lighter, but also just a bit thicker than Xiaomi Mi Max. Huawei P40 features a little bit better performance than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Huawei P40 also has more RAM memory.
Huawei P40 has a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Mi Max, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a quite higher pixel number per display inch and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2340px. Xiaomi Mi Max features a much greater memory capacity to install games and applications than Huawei P40, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Xiaomi Mi Max also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 256 GB.
Xiaomi Mi Max has better battery lifetime than Huawei P40, because it has a 28 percent larger battery size. The Huawei P40 takes much better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have the same video resolution, the Huawei P40 also has better 60 fps video frame rate, a larger camera aperture to capture better low-light images and videos and a way more mega-pixels camera in the back.
