The Xiaomi Mi Max has a global score of 77.5, which is slightly better than the Galaxy C5's global score of 76.4. Despite being the best device in this comparison review, Xiaomi Mi Max's design is much heavier and thicker than the Galaxy C5. The Samsung Galaxy C5 features a little sharper display than Xiaomi Mi Max, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have the same 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution, the Samsung Galaxy C5 also counts with a quite better amount of pixels in each inch of display.
The Xiaomi Mi Max features a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy C5, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 256 GB and 64 GB more internal memory. Xiaomi Mi Max features a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy C5. Both of them have a Octa-Core processing unit and a 4 GB RAM memory.
Xiaomi Mi Max has a really longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy C5, because it has 4850mAh of battery capacity against 2600mAh. The Xiaomi Mi Max features just a bit better camera than Galaxy C5, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for capturing pictures and videos in low-light environments, and they both have a back camera with a 16 MP, the Xiaomi Mi Max also counts with a lot higher video resolution.
