The Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a global score of 80.4, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi Max's 77.5 overall score. Although Galaxy Note Fan Edition is just a little thicker than Xiaomi Mi Max, it's lighter and newer. The Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a brighter display than Xiaomi Mi Max, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a greater screen pixel density and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px.
The Xiaomi Mi Max features a way bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and although they both have an external memory slot that admits up to 256 GB, the Xiaomi Mi Max also has 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition features a little faster processor than Xiaomi Mi Max. They have a 4 GB RAM and a Octa-Core processing unit.
Xiaomi Mi Max has a superior battery performance than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because it has a 52% greater battery size.
