Xiaomi Mi Max is slightly better than Xperia XZs, with a 77.5 score against 77.2. The Xiaomi Mi Max is an older and a lot heavier phone than Xperia XZs, but Xiaomi could make it just a little thinner anyway. Xperia XZs features just a bit better display than Xiaomi Mi Max, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have the same resolution of 1080 x 1920px, the Xperia XZs also counts with a quite better number of pixels in each inch in the display.

The Xperia XZs counts with a very superior camera than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have the same video definition and the same aperture, the Xperia XZs also has a back camera with more mega-pixels and faster 960 fps video frame rates.
