Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Max is a little bit better than the TCL 20 Pro 5G, getting a overall score of 77.5 against 76.1. Despite of the fact the Xiaomi Mi Max is notably older and just a bit heavier than the TCL 20 Pro 5G, it's body is still thinner. The TCL 20 Pro 5G has a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Mi Max, because it has a quite bigger screen, a little bit better pixel quantity per inch in the screen and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400.
TCL 20 Pro 5G features a lot bigger memory to install games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Max, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity and an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB. TCL 20 Pro 5G has a little faster processor than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have 8 cores, the TCL 20 Pro 5G also has more RAM memory.
The Xiaomi Mi Max has just a bit longer battery performance than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because it has 4850mAh of battery capacity. The TCL 20 Pro 5G captures much clearer photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same (4K) video resolution, the TCL 20 Pro 5G also has a back-facing camera with much more MP and a bigger camera aperture to capture better low-light images.
