Comparison review
The Apple iPhone 7 is a bit better than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, getting an 81.6 score against 81.2. Apple iPhone 7's construction is lighter and just a bit thinner than the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, although it was released just 13 months before. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 features just a bit better hardware performance than Apple iPhone 7, because it has more RAM memory and more processing cores.
IPhone 7 counts with a screen that is very similar to the display in Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, although the iPhone 7 has a lot worse 750 x 1334 resolution, a really smaller display and a just a little less pixels per display inch. Apple iPhone 7 counts with a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because although it has a tinier camera sensor which offers a lower image and video quality, and they both have a back facing camera with a 12 mega pixels, the same (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Apple iPhone 7 also counts with a larger diafragm aperture for better photos and video in low light situations.
The Apple iPhone 7 and Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 have very similar memory capacity for apps and games, they have the same 256 GB internal storage. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 counts with a really longer battery lifetime than iPhone 7, because it has a 3400mAh battery capacity.
Although iPhone 7 is a better device, it costs more money than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, and give up a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your budget.
