Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is a bit better than Google Pixel 3a XL, having an 81.2 score against 78.9. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is an older and a little heavier cellphone than Google Pixel 3a XL, but Xiaomi was able to make it just a bit thinner anyway. The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 also has a greater amount of RAM.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has a little more vivid display than Google Pixel 3a XL. Both have a screen of the same size, the same resolution of 1080 x 2160 and a greater pixel quantity in each display inch. The Google Pixel 3a XL has a little bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video definition, the Google Pixel 3a XL also has a larger back-facing camera sensor, a camera in the back with a higher 12.2 mega-pixels resolution and a bigger aperture to capture better low-light photography and video.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 counts with a very superior storage capacity for apps and games than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has more internal memory capacity. Google Pixel 3a XL has a bit superior battery life than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because it has a 3700mAh battery capacity instead of 3400mAh.
Although Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Google Pixel 3a XL, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Google Pixel 3a XL. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, else you can save some dollars and get the Google Pixel 3a XL, giving up a couple specs and features.
