Comparison review
Huawei P40 has a score of 86.4, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2's 81.2 general score. Although Huawei P40 is just a little bit thicker than the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, it's a little lighter and also noticeably newer. The Huawei P40 features a bit better screen than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because it has a just a bit higher pixels density, a bit bigger display and a slightly better 1080 x 2340 resolution.
Huawei P40 has a bit faster processing unit than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2. Both of them have 6 GB of RAM and the same number of cores. Huawei P40 takes much clearer photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Huawei P40 also has a bigger camera aperture for better photos and videos in low light environments, a lot bigger sensor which offers a way higher image and video quality, a back camera with a much higher resolution and faster 60 frames per second video frame rate.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 features a much bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei P40, because it has more internal memory capacity. Huawei P40 features just a bit longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because it has 3800mAh of battery capacity.
