Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is a little bit better than Huawei P40 Lite, with a overall score of 81.2 against 79.5. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2's design is thinner than Huawei P40 Lite, but it's just a bit heavier and was released many years before. The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has a bit better processor than Huawei P40 Lite. Both have the same RAM memory amount and 8 processing cores.
Huawei P40 Lite and Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 count with similar screens, because although the Huawei P40 Lite has a quite lower display density, it also counts with a slightly better 1080 x 2310 resolution and a little larger screen. The Huawei P40 Lite has a much better camera than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a bigger aperture to take better captures in poorly lited environments, a way bigger sensor which offers a much higher image and video quality and a lot more MP camera in the back.
Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 features a much greater storage to install games and applications than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity. Huawei P40 Lite features better battery performance than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because it has a 24 percent greater battery capacity.
Although Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Huawei P40 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Huawei P40 Lite. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Huawei P40 Lite, letting go some specs and features.
