Samsung Galaxy A31 has a general score of 81.3, which is a bit better than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2's 81.2 general score. The Samsung Galaxy A31 construction has the same weight than the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, but it's thicker. Samsung Galaxy A31 features a display that's just as good as Xiaomi Mi MIX 2's screen, although the Samsung Galaxy A31 also has a little larger display, a bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a bit greater pixels density.
Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has just a bit better processing power than Galaxy A31, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy A31 has a superior camera than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, a same size aperture and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy A31 also has a way bigger sensor taking lot better quality videos and photos and a way higher resolution back facing camera.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has a bigger storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy A31, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. Galaxy A31 has a much longer battery life than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 3400mAh.
