Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, having an 85.7 score against 81.2. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is an much older phone than the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, but it is much lighter and a little bit thinner anyway. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a much better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a greater screen pixels density and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution.
The Galaxy S6 Edge has a bit superior processor than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with an extra graphics processor and a 64-bit processing unit. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 counts with a superior camera than Galaxy S6 Edge, although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is worse for capturing photographs or videos in poorly lited environments, a camera in the back with a much lower resolution, a tinier sensor offering a lower image quality and a worse (4K) video resolution.
Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 counts with a much bigger storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 128 GB more internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 31 percent bigger battery size.
Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Mi MIX 2. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Galaxy S6 Edge, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, letting go a couple specifications.
