Comparison review
Sony Xperia PRO is much better than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, having a general score of 94.3 against 81.2. Even though Sony Xperia PRO is much newer than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, it's much thicker and heavier. Xperia PRO counts with a brighter screen than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because it has a much higher resolution of 1644 x 3840, a much better pixel density and a quite larger display.
The Sony Xperia PRO has a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because it has 256 GB more internal memory and a SD extension slot that allows up to 1 TB. Sony Xperia PRO features a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Sony Xperia PRO also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
Xperia PRO features longer battery life than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3400mAh. The Xperia PRO takes clearer videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, and although they both have a same resolution back facing camera and the same (4K) video quality, the Xperia PRO also has a way bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting way better quality photographs and videos, a bigger camera aperture and higher video frame rate.
Although Sony Xperia PRO is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, and give up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your savings.
