Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi 6, getting an 81.2 score against 76.5. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is a just a little thicker and just a bit heavier device than Xiaomi Mi 6. Xiaomi Mi 6 and Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 feature quite similar CPUs, both of them have a 6 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core CPU.
Xiaomi Mi 6 has a bit better screen than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because although it has a little worse resolution of 1080 x 1920 and a little smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit greater amount of pixels in each inch in the screen. The Xiaomi Mi 6 shoots clearer photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the same video frame rates, a 12 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera and a same size sensor, the Xiaomi Mi 6 also has a larger camera aperture.
Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 counts with much more memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 6, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity. The Xiaomi Mi 6 and Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 both have extremely similar batteries, although the Xiaomi Mi 6 has a 1 percent smaller battery capacity.
Although Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi Mi 6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Mi 6. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Xiaomi Mi 6, resigning a couple features and specifications.
