The Samsung Galaxy Fold has an overall score of 97.6, which is better than the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s's score of 83.8. The Samsung Galaxy Fold construction is newer and somewhat thinner than Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s's, although it is heavier. Galaxy Fold features a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Fold also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s counts with a bit better display than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a little smaller screen and a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2160, it also counts with a bit higher display pixels density. The Galaxy Fold has a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, because it has more internal memory capacity.
Galaxy Fold counts with improved battery life than Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, because it has 4380mAh of battery capacity. Galaxy Fold takes clearer videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, a same size back-facing camera sensor and a same resolution back-facing camera, the Galaxy Fold also has better video frame rates and a larger aperture.
Although Samsung Galaxy Fold is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
