Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, with an 83.8 score against 80.4. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 is a newer cellphone than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, but it is noticeably heavier and just a bit thicker. Galaxy Note Fan Edition features a screen that's very similar to Xiaomi Mi Mix 3's screen, because although the Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 features a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 features just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 also has a higher amount of RAM.
Galaxy Note Fan Edition features a battery performance that's very similar to Xiaomi Mi Mix 3's battery life. Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 shoots clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a smaller sensor which offers a lower photo and video quality and a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low-light images, and they both have the same video quality, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 also counts with a back facing camera with a better 12.2 MP resolution and faster video frame rate.
