Sony Xperia 5 III has an overall score of 90.5, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3's global score of 83.8. Sony Xperia 5 III's construction is newer, notably lighter and just a little bit thinner than the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3. The Sony Xperia 5 III's CPU is very similar to the processing unit in Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, both of them have 8 CPU cores and 8 GB of RAM memory.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 features a bit more vivid screen than Sony Xperia 5 III, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a little inferior pixel count in each inch in the screen, it also counts with a little bigger display. Xperia 5 III has much more memory for apps and games than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Xperia 5 III also has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1 TB.
The Sony Xperia 5 III has a really longer battery life than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, because it has a 4500mAh battery size. Xperia 5 III captures a little bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, because although it has a camera with a worse 12 mega-pixels resolution and a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, it also counts with a lot larger back camera sensor taking way better quality pictures and videos and a larger diafragm aperture.
