Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha is a bit better than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, with an 88.9 score against 83.8. Even though the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha is newer than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, it's just a little heavier and somewhat thicker. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha features a bit better CPU than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha also has a greater amount of RAM.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 has a little more vivid display than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a lot worse resolution of 1080 x 2340px, it also counts with a bit higher pixel quantity per inch in the display. Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rate, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha also has a lot more megapixels back-facing camera, a bigger diafragm aperture and a way larger sensor taking much higher quality pictures and videos.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, because it has 512 GB internal storage. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha features longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, because it has a 4050mAh battery capacity instead of 3200mAh.
