Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 is much better than the Huawei nova 3, getting a global score of 89 against 76.3. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 design is extremely newer, but heavier and just a bit thicker than the Huawei nova 3. Both phones in this review work with Android operating system, but Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 has the older 11 version while Huawei nova 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
The Huawei nova 3 and Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 have really similar screens, because although the Huawei nova 3 has a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a quite greater screen density. Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 has a little better processing power than Huawei nova 3, and although they both have 8 cores, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 also has more RAM memory.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 shoots a lot better pictures and videos than Huawei nova 3, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for low light photos, it also counts with a lot better 7680x4320 video definition and a back facing camera with a lot better 108 mega-pixels resolution.
Huawei nova 3 counts with a much better storage capacity to install applications and games than Xiaomi Mi Mix 4, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Huawei nova 3 also has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 counts with better battery performance than Huawei nova 3, because it has a 20% more battery capacity.
