The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 is much better than Huawei P40 Lite, getting an 89 score against 79.5. Xiaomi Mi Mix 4's design is newer and just a little thinner than the Huawei P40 Lite's, although it's somewhat heavier. Both phones in this review use Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 has a newer 11 version while Huawei P40 Lite has Android 10 version, offering some nice extra features.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 and Huawei P40 Lite have very similar displays, because although the Huawei P40 Lite has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2310 and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch of screen. The Huawei P40 Lite and Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 both count with similar storage capacity for applications and games, they have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 features a bit more powerful CPU than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 also has 2 GB more RAM memory. Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 shoots a lot better pictures and videos than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for shooting images or video in low-light environments, it also counts with a much more MP camera in the back, a lot higher video quality and a much larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 features just a little bit longer battery life than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity instead of 4200mAh.
