Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 is much better than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, getting a overall score of 89 against 79.8. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 is a heavier phone than the Sony Xperia XZ Premium, but both of them have the same thickness. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 features a little bit better hardware performance than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 also has a higher amount of RAM.
Xperia XZ Premium has a much more vibrant screen than Xiaomi Mi Mix 4, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a lot more pixels per inch in the display and a lot better resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels. Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 takes a lot better videos and photos than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a bigger camera aperture for better low light captures and videos, a lot higher 7680x4320 video quality, a much larger sensor which offers a lot higher image and video quality and a lot better 108 megapixels resolution camera.
The Xperia XZ Premium counts with slightly more storage to install games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Mix 4, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 256 GB. Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 counts with a really longer battery duration than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
