Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 is much better than the Xiaomi Mi Max, having a score of 89 against 77.5. Even though Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 is noticeably newer than Xiaomi Mi Max, it's a little heavier and a little bit thicker. Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 features a bit superior processing unit than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 has a little sharper display than Xiaomi Mi Max, because it has a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2400, a quite larger display and a little higher pixel number per inch of display. The Xiaomi Mi Max counts with a superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Mix 4, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Xiaomi Mi Max also has an external memory card slot that supports up to 256 GB.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 features a very superior camera than Xiaomi Mi Max, because it has a camera in the back with lot more mega pixels, a way higher video quality and a bigger aperture to capture better low-light photography. Xiaomi Mi Max features a bit longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi Mix 4, because it has 4850mAh of battery capacity.
