The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, getting a overall score of 89 against 76.6. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 body is newer and somewhat thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's, but it's heavier. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 has 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10 version, giving you some additional features and increased performance.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 features a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 also has more RAM memory. Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 counts with a slightly better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a little bit inferior pixels number per inch of screen, it also counts with a bit higher 1080 x 2400px resolution and a little bigger display.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 captures much clearer photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, it also counts with a much larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a much better video definition and a much more megapixels back-facing camera.
