Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has an overall score of 88.9, which is a bit better than Asus ZenFone 8's 83 score. Both devices in this review come with Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has the older 10 version and Asus ZenFone 8 has Android 11. Although it's the best phone in our current comparison, Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha is an older, way heavier and thicker phone than the Asus ZenFone 8.
Asus ZenFone 8 features a better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because although it has a much smaller display and a way worse 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with a little greater count of pixels per inch in the screen. Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha features just a little better performance than Asus ZenFone 8, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha also has 6 GB more RAM memory.
The Asus ZenFone 8 shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because although it has a lot tinier sensor giving a much lower image quality, a tinier camera aperture which is not nice for taking images and video in poorly lited environments and a camera in the back with a lot lower resolution, it also counts with a lot better video quality.
Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha features a much bigger storage for games and applications than Asus ZenFone 8, because it has 384 GB more internal memory. Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a bit better battery duration than Asus ZenFone 8, because it has a 1 percent bigger battery capacity.
