Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a global score of 88.9, which is a bit better than LG Velvet's 87.1 general score. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha construction is thicker and a lot heavier than LG Velvet. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha features a bit faster processor than LG Velvet, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha features a little more vivid screen than LG Velvet, because although it has a bit worse pixel density, it also counts with a better resolution of 2088 x 2250 pixels and a larger display. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha counts with a bit more storage capacity for games and applications than LG Velvet, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory.
LG Velvet counts with a little better battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity instead of 4050mAh. The LG Velvet features just a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, although it has a worse video quality, a much smaller camera sensor shooting much worse quality images and videos, a back-facing camera with much less mega-pixels resolution and a tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for taking pictures and/or video in low-light situations.
