The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a global score of 88.9, which is better than Galaxy C7's overall score of 77.7. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha body is noticeably newer, but way heavier and way thicker than the Galaxy C7. These phones have Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has the previous 10 version and Galaxy C7 has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha features a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy C7, because it has a much better resolution of 2088 x 2250 pixels, a just a bit better screen pixel density and a much larger screen.
