Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has an overall score of 88.9, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S5's 80.8 overall score. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha construction is extremely newer than the Samsung Galaxy S5's, but it's much thicker and extremely heavier. Both of these phones include Android OS, but Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has 10 version while Samsung Galaxy S5 has Android 4.4.2 version.
The Galaxy S5 has a brighter screen than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because although it has a lot smaller display and a way worse 1920 x 1080px resolution, it also counts with more pixels per display inch. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha counts with a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy S5, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.
Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha features a slightly better camera than Galaxy S5, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha also has a much more mega-pixels back-facing camera, a way larger aperture for better low light photos and video and a way bigger sensor taking lot better quality pictures.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha features a much greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S5, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha counts with a way better battery performance than Galaxy S5, because it has 4050mAh of battery capacity against 2800mAh.
