The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a global score of 88.9, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro's 80.1 general score. Even though Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha and Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro were only released with a few months difference, Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha is a lot thinner and a little lighter. Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has an older 10 version and Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a little bit better screen than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixels quantity per display inch. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 448 GB more internal memory.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha also has a greater amount of RAM. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha counts with a way better camera than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is worse for capturing photos and video in low light environments, it also counts with a camera in the back with way more mega-pixels, a much higher (4K) video quality and a lot larger sensor providing a much better image quality.
Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has just a little better battery performance than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 4050mAh.
