Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has an overall score of 88.9, which is better than Xperia Z5 Premium's general score of 79.8. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a newer 10 version while Xperia Z5 Premium has Android 5.1 version, giving a couple additional features. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha is a much newer device than the Xperia Z5 Premium, although it's incredibly heavier and much thicker.
Xperia Z5 Premium features a much more vibrant screen than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a lot greater quantity of pixels per inch in the display and a better resolution of 3840 x 2160px. Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a much better storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 480 GB more internal storage.
Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a little faster processing unit than Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, and they both have 8 cores, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory. Xperia Z5 Premium and Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha both feature quite similar cameras, although the Xperia Z5 Premium has a worse video quality, a tinier camera aperture which is not good for shooting photos or videos in poorly lited situations, a camera with lot less MP resolution and a lot smaller back-facing camera sensor taking lot lower quality photographs and videos.
Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has greater battery duration than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has an 18 percent greater battery size.
