Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha is a bit better than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, with an 88.9 score against 82.3. Even being the best device in this review, Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha's design is heavier and somewhat thicker than Xiaomi Black Shark 2. These devices use the same Android 10 OS, so they should provide the user very similar OS features.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha features a bit better CPU than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha also has a greater amount of RAM. The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has a little more vivid display than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a lot worse resolution of 1080 x 2340px, it also counts with a bit higher pixel quantity per inch in the display.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, although it has a much smaller sensor taking much lower quality pictures, a way lower resolution back-facing camera, a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low-light photography and videos and a worse video resolution.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, because it has 512 GB internal storage. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha features a bit longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, because it has a 4050mAh battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
