Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has an overall score of 88.9, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2's 81.2 general score. Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha's design is newer than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2's, but it is extremely thicker and notably heavier. Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha features a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because although it has a just a little inferior pixels number in each inch of screen, it also counts with a much higher 2088 x 2250px resolution and a way bigger display.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a little better processing power than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, and although they both have 8 cores, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha features much more storage capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because it has 512 GB internal memory.
Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a superior camera than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha also has a way bigger back camera sensor, a larger aperture to capture better photography and video in low light environments and a much higher 108 megapixels resolution camera in the back.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has longer battery performance than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because it has a 19% greater battery capacity.
