Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 has a global score of 84.3, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A40's 79.6 overall score. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 body is much newer and extremely thinner, but also noticeably heavier than the Samsung Galaxy A40. Both phones in this review use Android operating system, but Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 has a more recent 14 version while Samsung Galaxy A40 has Android 11 version.
Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 counts with a much better looking screen than Galaxy A40, because although it has a bit worse screen pixels density, it also counts with a way higher 2224 x 2488px resolution and a really bigger display. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 counts with a better memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy A40, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal memory.
Samsung Galaxy A40 has a very superior CPU than Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4, although it has less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 has a much longer battery life than Galaxy A40, because it has a 5100mAh battery capacity instead of 3100mAh. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 takes much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy A40, and although they both have the same aperture, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 4 also has a lot more megapixels back facing camera, a lot larger back camera sensor which gives a lot better photo and video quality and a much better 7680x4320 video definition.
