The LG G7 ThinQ is a a lot lighter cellphone than Xiaomi Mi MIX, but both of them have the same thickness. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but LG G7 ThinQ has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Mi MIX has Android 6.0 Marshmallow, so it gives you a lot of extra features.
