Comparison review
The Galaxy Alpha is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi MIX, with a overall score of 76.3 against 76.2. The Galaxy Alpha design is thinner and noticeably lighter than the Xiaomi Mi MIX. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but Galaxy Alpha has 4.4.4 version and Xiaomi Mi MIX has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
The Galaxy Alpha features a little bit better performance than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has 2 GB lesser RAM, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Alpha also counts with a graphics processing unit. Samsung Galaxy Alpha features a bit better looking display than Xiaomi Mi MIX, although it has a little worse screen pixels density, a much smaller screen and a much lower resolution of 1280 x 720.
Xiaomi Mi MIX captures just a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Xiaomi Mi MIX also has a bigger diafragm aperture for better low light images and videos and a way better 16 megapixels resolution camera.
Xiaomi Mi MIX has a way bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Mi MIX features a very superior battery lifetime than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 4400mAh battery size.
In addition to being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, Samsung Galaxy Alpha is also by far the cheapest.
