Comparison review
The Galaxy Note Edge has a global score of 81.7, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi MIX's general score of 76.2. Galaxy Note Edge is a older and just a little bit thicker cellphone than the Xiaomi Mi MIX, but Samsung could make it somewhat lighter anyway. Both phones we compare here work with Android OS, but Galaxy Note Edge has 5.0 version and Xiaomi Mi MIX has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
The Galaxy Note Edge has a better looking display than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and more pixels per display inch. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with just a little better processing power than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge also counts with an additional graphics processor.
Galaxy Note Edge takes just a bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for low-light images and videos, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the same resolution back-facing camera and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Galaxy Note Edge also counts with a bigger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Xiaomi Mi MIX counts with a much better storage capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. Xiaomi Mi MIX counts with a superior battery lifetime than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 47 percent bigger battery size.
The Galaxy Note Edge is a bit more expensive than the Xiaomi Mi MIX, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
