Galaxy S20 has an overall score of 94.8, which is way better than Xiaomi Mi MIX's 76.2 overall score. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S20 has 13 version while Xiaomi Mi MIX has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. The Galaxy S20 body has the same thickness than Xiaomi Mi MIX, but it's a lot lighter.
The Galaxy S20 has a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with much more pixels per inch of screen and a much better resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels. The Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a little bit better performance than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because it has a higher amount of RAM memory and a larger number of cores.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 shoots much better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has a back-facing camera with a way lower 12 MP resolution, it also counts with a much bigger sensor taking lot higher quality videos and pictures, a lot higher video quality and a bigger camera aperture for better photography in poorly lited situations.

The Xiaomi Mi MIX features a bit superior battery performance than Galaxy S20, because it has 4400mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
Samsung Galaxy S20 costs a lot more money than Xiaomi Mi MIX, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a better phone for that extra money.
