Comparison review
The Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a general score of 80.1, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi MIX's 76.2 global score. Both phones we compare here include Android operating system, but Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a newer 8.0 Oreo version and Xiaomi Mi MIX has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Even though the Galaxy XCover FieldPro is much newer than Xiaomi Mi MIX, it is somewhat heavier and notably thicker.
The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro features just a bit better screen than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a lot more pixels per inch of screen and a better 1440 x 2560px resolution. Galaxy XCover FieldPro counts with a better memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a little faster processing unit than Xiaomi Mi MIX, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro also has more cpu cores. The Xiaomi Mi MIX shoots much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a smaller sensor providing a worse image quality and a way smaller aperture which is not nice for capturing pictures or videos in poorly lited environments, it also counts with a way higher (4K) video definition and a back-facing camera with much more megapixels.
The Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a bit better battery performance than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
Although Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xiaomi Mi MIX, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Mi MIX. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get Xiaomi Mi MIX, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
