Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite has a score of 80.6, which is a bit better than Huawei P40 Lite's 79.5 overall score. Both of these devices use Android OS, but Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite has newer 11 version while Huawei P40 Lite has Android 10 version. Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite is a somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker phone than Huawei P40 Lite.
Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite counts with a bit more vivid screen than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a bit worse screen density, it also counts with a little bit larger screen and a bit higher 1080 x 2340px resolution. Huawei P40 Lite's CPU is very similar to Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite's processing unit, they have the same number of cores and 6 GB of RAM memory.
Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite features a better camera than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for taking photos or video in poorly lited situations, it also counts with a bigger back camera sensor providing a higher image quality, a camera in the back with much more megapixels and a much better (4K) video quality.
The Huawei P40 Lite has a much better memory capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite, because it has 128 GB internal storage. The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite counts with improved battery performance than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a 5260mAh battery capacity against 4200mAh.
Although Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Huawei P40 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei P40 Lite. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Huawei P40 Lite, resigning some specs and features.
