Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S20 FE has a general score of 90.8, which is better than the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite's 80.6 global score. Both of these phones include the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't see any difference regarding that. Although the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite were released only a couple months apart, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is just a bit lighter and thinner.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite features a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, although it has a bit lower screen density and a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2340, they both have a display with the same size. The Galaxy S20 FE counts with just a little better performance than Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite. Both have the same RAM amount and 8 cores.

The Galaxy S20 FE is more expensive than Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
