Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is much better than Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite's overall score of 80.6. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's construction is a little bit thinner but just a little heavier than the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite, and both of them were only released with a couple months difference. Both of these phones use Android OS, but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more recent 13 version while Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite has Android 11.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with just a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite, because it has a little bigger display, a higher 1440 x 3200px resolution and a higher amount of pixels per inch in the display. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a way bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 1000 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little bit better processing power than Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has 6 GB more RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G takes better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor capturing less light and dull colors, it also counts with a back-facing camera with lot more mega-pixels, a bigger camera aperture and a much better video resolution.
Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite has just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because it has 5260mAh of battery capacity instead of 5000mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite, resigning some specs and features.
