Xiaomi Mi Note 10 is just a bit better than LG G7 One, having an 83.7 score against 76.8. These phones work with the same Android 10 OS (operating system). Although Xiaomi Mi Note 10 is newer than the LG G7 One, it's somewhat thicker and a lot heavier. The LG G7 One has just a bit better screen than Xiaomi Mi Note 10, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution and a higher count of pixels per inch in the screen.
The LG G7 One counts with a little faster CPU than Xiaomi Mi Note 10, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
