Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, having an 83.7 score against 79. Xiaomi Mi Note 10's construction is a bit thicker but just a little bit lighter than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and they were released only a couple of months apart. These devices use Android OS, but the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 has older 10 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has Android 11 version.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S's processing unit is very similar to the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 one, and although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 processing cores. The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 counts with a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a little lower 1080 x 2340 resolution and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher quantity of pixels per screen inch.
Xiaomi Mi Note 10 features a better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 also has a much larger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a much better resolution back camera and a larger diafragm aperture to capture better photos and video in low light environments.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a greater memory to install games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Note 10, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 has just a bit better battery life than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because it has a 5% larger battery capacity.
Although Xiaomi Mi Note 10 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
