Comparison review
HTC One M9 is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, getting a overall score of 77.7 against 76. The HTC One M9 body is a little bit lighter than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, although it is way thicker and was released just a little over a year before. Both phones in this comparison review have Android OS (operating system), but the HTC One M9 has the previous 5.0 version while Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
HTC One M9 has a brighter screen than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have the same exact 1920 x 1080 resolution, the HTC One M9 also counts with a just a bit greater pixel density. Xiaomi Mi Note 2 counts with much more memory for applications and games than HTC One M9, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.
HTC One M9 counts with a bit superior processor than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a higher number of cores , a graphics processor and a 64-bits processor. The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has a way better battery performance than HTC One M9, because it has a 43% more battery capacity.
The HTC One M9 features a much better camera than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because although it has a back-facing camera with lesser MP resolution, a lower 3840x2160 video definition and a smaller aperture which is not nice for low-light captures and videos, it also counts with a bigger camera sensor.
Despite of being the best phone in this comparison, the HTC One M9 is also a lot cheaper, which makes this phone a great choice.
