Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a greater camera than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also has a much larger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a back facing camera with lot more MP and a larger camera aperture to capture better photography in low-light situations.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro costs a little more money than the Xiaomi Mi Note 2, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
