Huawei Nova 9 is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, having a score of 81 against 76. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Nova 9 has older 11 version while Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. Huawei Nova 9's body is a lot newer than the Xiaomi Mi Note 2's, but it's just a bit heavier and just a little thicker.
