Huawei P30 Lite is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, with a 77 score against 76. These phones use Android operating system, but Huawei P30 Lite has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version, so it gives you a couple additional features. Huawei P30 Lite is a extremely newer phone, and it's also just a little bit lighter and just a little bit thinner than the Xiaomi Mi Note 2.
