Both of these phones use Android operating system, but Galaxy A21 has 10 version and Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Although the Galaxy A21 is much newer than the Xiaomi Mi Note 2, it's somewhat heavier and just a little thicker.
