The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G is a lot better than the Xiaomi Mi Note 2, getting a 92.3 score against 76. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G is a way newer and just a bit thinner phone than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, although it's also just a little bit heavier. Both of these devices work with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G has the older 11 version and Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
