The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro takes much clearer photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro also has a lot bigger camera sensor providing a much better image quality, a back facing camera with lot more megapixels and a larger aperture to take better photography in low-light situations.
