The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Note 2, getting a general score of 81.4 against 76. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has newer 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
